殷丽华，教授，博士研究生导师，上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔种植学博士后，美国The Scripps Research Institute 访问学者, 兰州大学口腔医学院（医院）口腔种植科主任，中华口腔医学会口腔种植专业委员会常委，甘肃省口腔医学会口腔种植学专业委员会主任委员，甘肃省口腔医学会常务理事，甘肃省陇原人才，国际牙医师学院院士，ICOI（The International Congress of Oral Implantologist, 国际种植牙专科医师学会）中国区常务理事，FOR（Foundation for Oral Rehabilitation, 国际口腔重建基金会)中国区委员，中国非公立医疗机构协会口腔种植专业委员会常委，中国老年保健协会口腔医学专业委员会常务委员，主持国家自然基金等多项国家级、省部级课题，发表国际国内高水平论文近60篇，从事口腔种植学的临床、科研和教学工作。
